this takes place on the floor where you are surrounded by crystal geods and will be guided into a deep state of relaxation then you are left with healing music in so you can drift off to a place of tranquillity and bliss while the crystals do their work. 

I will then finish off with different sounds using singing bowls, gongs, rain-stick and bells. 

The effects of this treatment will last for days.
